Job Description:

Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ (CJ Sales) Western Cape Region has an opportunity available for a Pharma Sales Representative. The main purpose of this role will be to Increase visibility and awareness of the Groups pharmaceutical and medical products by maximizing sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive prospects for new business and develop pipeline of leads and convert to actual new business.
• Stay abreast with the latest trends and products supplied to optimize sales opportunities.
• Keep informed of new developments in the industry, anticipating potential positive and negative impacts and adjust sales strategy in consultation with management.
• Ensure sustainability by maximizing sales potential with existing customers.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.

Job Requirements:

• NQF4 Pharmacist Assistant PB
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Undergraduate qualification in Sales and Marketing
• Knowledge of MS Office
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in direct sales and detailing
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Pharmacy sales
