Job Description:
Attend to customer billing account enquiries to ensure all financial and clerical tasks are effectively executed to ensure alignment with the finance section
Job Responsibilities:
- Address consumer account enquiries to render an effective customer enquiry function
- Apply governance and risk management to ensure necessary compliance with related legislative requirements
- Maintain customer service orientation to ensure performance driven section and contribute to overall Departmental objective
- Apply financial processes to comply to the MFMA
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- 1-year relevant financial experience
- Computer literacy
- Bilingualism
