Job Description:

Manage functional unit within a division that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives within specified time frames and costs

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure revenue management and financial control, corporate governance and compliance throughout area of accountability
• Manage teams of individuals within the context of defined processes, identifying required performance parameters and clarify roles to achieve operational goals
• Manage service delivery within the division, ensuring compliance with the Batho Pele principles
• Ensure revenue enhancement through effective strategic management of internal and external resources capacity
• Ensure compliance to various relevant legislative and other compliance documents associated with the area of specialization
• Develop and maintain strategic Operational process relevant to billing and collection

Job Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in lease management environment with exposure to Public Sector Property Finance, Accounting Principles, debt collection and financial reporting
• Knowledge of MFMA would be an added advantage
• National Diploma/ undergraduate Accounting Degree
• Grade 12
