Job Description:

Execute property elated functions in the Outdoor Advertising Section at Corporate level

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of relevant documentation for property reports and/or tender documentation and the processes
• Assist with liaison with internal and external organisations, consultants and members of the public as well as Nationals and Provincial
• Governments Departments, Councillors and other departments of council and all other external bodies
• Monitor activities relating to Outdoor Advertising Lease Portfolio in order to prepare reconciliations and adjustments

Job Requirements:

• Driver’s license
• National Diploma in Accounting
• Grade 12
• 2 year’s property management or leasing experience and experience in financial environment with exposure to Property finance and accounting principles
