Investec is looking for a Digital Client Experience Analyst in the Client Digital Experience team. We’re a friendly, close-knit team of about 60 people, spread across two continents, who prioritise kindness, collaboration and empathy in our work. Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and researching business challenges and opportunities across multiple teams and geographies to surface insights that will inform their marketing, client journeys and overall business strategies
• Providing insights into the business performance to help us improve the overall digital client experience across all our channels
• Using data to make strategic recommendations to the various teams and the business leadership that inform the way we plan and make decisions

Job Requirements:

• Communicate effectively with both internal and external teams
• Have both a product and a commercial mindset
• Have a strong understanding of digital technology, both web and app
• Can structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives
• Work well with cross-geography teams to deliver and support end-to end client journeys
• Have good knowledge of A/B testing, behavioural targeting and client personalization solutions
