Job Description:
To identify (HCM) business requirements with regards to effective financial management and determine interventions to address HCM business challenges. Based on the analysis, advice on required changes and provide factual Human Resources Information on organizational status quo.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide input to the configuration of the system is aligned to HCM requirements
- Provide relevant HRIS reports i.e., Man-hour, Quarterly Statistics SA, DOT Quarterly Employment Equity, Treasury and Ad hoc reporting requests).
- Ensure payroll data integrity by ensuring that the correct employees and/or third parties are paid the correct amounts on time.
- Conduct the budget reviews as prescribed by Finance and adjust budget where necessary
- Provide recommendations and advice in respect of specific HR metrics related queries and complaints.
- Consult with the relevant role players within the department to determine expenditure requirements
- Compile the comprehensive budget indicating the financial requirements of the department in accordance with the budgeting guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/ Finance Business
- Â Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in HRIS reporting
