The Senior Officer: Technology Support is accountable to provide technical support to users to ensure that hardware and software allocated to them operates as expected.
- Provide telephonic support to users if possible.
- Â Follow a checklist method to ensure that you do not overlook anything.
- Â Research and recommend better ways to reduce IT user problem
- Verify/identify problems with help desk.
- Research on new problems/challenges as they occur.
- Share information with technical staff and document solutions found.
- Contact users to get clarity on problems and trouble shoot.
- Receive calls from senior customer engineer/help desk.
- Bachelorâs Degree/Advanced Diploma in Information Technology related qualification.

- Relevant 4 yearsâ experience in system support environment.
