Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is accountable to perform administrative tasks within the quality Assurance and Complaints Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure telephone is answered in a professional manner
- Ensure that RAF values are adhered to in all the dealings with stakeholders
- Direct all calls/visitors, to the relevant officer
- Ensure visitors are greeted in a professional manner
Job Requirements:
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Word, and Excel essential
- Certificate of Diploma in Office Administration will be advantageous
- Relevant 1 yearâs work experience in a similar environment
- NQF 4 (Matric or Grade 12) qualification
