Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant is accountable to perform administrative tasks within the quality Assurance and Complaints Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure telephone is answered in a professional manner
  • Ensure that RAF values are adhered to in all the dealings with stakeholders
  • Direct all calls/visitors, to the relevant officer
  • Ensure visitors are greeted in a professional manner

Job Requirements:

  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Word, and Excel essential
  • Certificate of Diploma in Office Administration will be advantageous
  • Relevant 1 year’s work experience in a similar environment
  • NQF 4 (Matric or Grade 12) qualification
