Job Description:
 To validate and assess legal cost bills
Job Responsibilities:
- Appoint Assessors for merits investigation.
- Where there is disagreement in respect of the RAFâs liability, to negotiate settlement on behalf of the RAF.
- Obtaining information from various stakeholders in order to assess merits.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant 3 years’ experience in a Claims or Legal Cost Environment
- Ethics and governance

- Appropriate B Degree in LAW at NQF Level 7 or equivalent
- Relevant 4 yearsâ experience in the Claims environment of which 1 year must have been on a supervisory level/ area of expertise

- NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Law or related qualification
Emotional wisdom - Customer orientation and customer focus
