Job Description:

 To validate and assess legal cost bills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Appoint Assessors for merits investigation.
  • Where there is disagreement in respect of the RAF’s liability, to negotiate settlement on behalf of the RAF.
  • Obtaining information from various stakeholders in order to assess merits.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant 3 years’ experience in a Claims or Legal Cost Environment
  • Ethics and governance
  • Pers
  • Appropriate B Degree in LAW at NQF Level 7 or equivalent
  • Relevant 4 years’ experience in the Claims environment of which 1 year must have been on a supervisory level/ area of expertise
  • Organizational resilience

  • Personal Mastery
  • Judgment and decision making
  • onal mastery
  • NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Law or related qualification
    Emotional wisdom
  • Customer orientation and customer focus
  • Admission as an attorney would be advantageous
