MWL, is dedicated to supporting, growing and empowering clients with affordable, easy, and suitable insurance solutions, primarily through telephonic intermediary channels. We have approximately 120 tied agents, all dedicated to meeting the financial needs of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- A clear criminal and credit record
- Service inbound client queries, requests
- Quality, compliance and accreditation
- Undertake Outbound Tele-Sales
- Willingness to work overtime in order to achieve targets.
- Being fully computer literate.
- Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements
- Administration and processing
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 with 3 to 4 years related experience.
