Job Description:
The Technical Lead SharePoint Services will form part of the End User Platform Services (EUPS) team, consisting of an End User Device Management division and a Collaboration Division, leading and managing the SharePoint Services team.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will own, implement and drive the ongoing adoption and optimization of the SharePoint Online platform, in support of the Sanlam Digital Experience at Work strategic theme.
- You will work closely with Sanlam vendors, including Microsoft and others, to achieve the required goals and objectives.
- You will support business Intranet- and other websites, Teams and Yammer sites and collaboration spaces and more.
- You will provide assistance with content migrations, structures and general SharePoint advice, as well as providing these services to the internal SGT Intranet and SGT Portal.
- You will own and maintain SharePoint Platform including Policies, Principles, Standards, Processes and Procedures and Guidelines for all the relevant SharePoint and Teams-related products deployed within Sanlam.
Job Requirements:
- ITIL certification will be advantageous
- Understanding and experience with Exchange Platform.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Relevant IT degree or diploma
- A minimum of 5 years Microsoft Exchange Experience
- Understanding of Microsoft License models and features related to Exchange
- A minimum of 5 years Microsoft Office 365 Experience
- Understanding and experience of End User Collaboration trends
